If you would like to sign up for lessons for your child please complete this form.  Please refer to the letter you have been sent by your child's School for details, including prices. We will then contact you on receipt for payment and lessons can then be arranged for you.

Terms and Conditions

Please read (and agree to) these terms and conditions:- 

1. Parent / carers must request lessons through the Suffolk Music Hub website where a member of the Business Support Team will arrange billing and instrument hire (if required).

2. Upon sign up, the parent/carer agrees to make the required termly/yearly payments to Suffolk County Music Service.

3. The parent/carer must give half a terms notice to Suffolk County Music Service if they wish to cease lessons.

4. In the event of missed lessons due to the teacher being unwell, this will be deducted from the final payment of the year. Please note that refunds cannot be made if your child is unable to make the lesson, but the teacher is available.

5. If you need to hire an instrument, the cost of this can be added on to your payment(s) and can be hired per term/per year. Please follow this link to arrange instrument hire Instrument Hire
