Suffolk County Music Service Newsletter - early Spring 2026

Suffolk County Music Service Newsletter Email Banner 1

Hello from Suffolk County Music Service and welcome to our latest newsletter!

It’s been a vibrant start to the year, filled with music‑making, assemblies in new schools, inspiring performances and a whole range of opportunities for children and young people across the county. There’s much more to come, and we’re excited to share the enriching musical experiences and education we provide throughout the year.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this newsletter. Together, we can inspire, support and engage the next generation of young musicians in Suffolk.

Celebrating success of our former Music Service member

Former Suffolk County Music Service member Maddie has been awarded a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music - a fantastic achievement! From starting violin in Year 3 at Great Barton Primary to Suffolk Young Strings then as Leader of Suffolk Youth Orchestra and studying at The Purcell School, her journey is one to be proud of. ✨
