Suffolk County Music Service FREE ‘Come and Play Day’

Would you like a free opportunity to come and see what it is like to be a member of one of our premier County Music Groups?!

Suffolk County Music Service are hosting a free ‘Come and Play Day’ at Northgate Arts Centre, Ipswich on Sunday 27 November 2022.

The day is open to all young musicians of 21 years or under playing Strings, Woodwind, Brass and Percussion instruments.

Suffolk Young Strings – Grade 3+ to 5

Suffolk Youth Orchestra - Strings & Percussion Grade 5+

Suffolk Youth Orchestra - Woodwind & Brass Grade 6+

Suffolk Youth Wind Orchestra – Grade 4+

This will be a great opportunity to experience the fun, friendship and music making that musicians gain from being part of one of these amazing ensembles.

Our professional conductors and staff strive in their ability to develop and nurture fantastic musicians, of which many past members have now gone into a career in the music industry.

Brand new 'Introduce a Friend Scheme'

We are excited to announce that we are launching our very first ‘Introduce a Friend Scheme’ for our County Music Groups. 

What is the ‘Introduce a Friend Scheme’ and what do I gain from it?

If you introduce a friend to a County Music Group and your friend joins one of those groups for the remainder of the season, you will both receive 10% reduction on fees.
