IVT in Music Centres Terms and Conditions

Lesson Delivery

• We aim to deliver 30 lessons across the 2024-25 academic year in line with our teaching calendar.
• If you child starts receiving lessons part way through the term, the amount of lessons to be delivered will be based on the remaining SCMS teaching weeks term dates
• At the end of the academic year your child’s tutor will provide you with a written report on your child’s musical progress

Lesson Cost

• A 20-minute individual lesson is £13.25
• A 30-minute individual lesson is £18.50
• Lessons are payable termly and by the deadline given in your payment email from the Business Support Team
• We do not offer a refund or lesson credit if your child is unable to attend (unless in exceptional circumstances)
• We will offer a refund or lesson credit if our tutor is unable to deliver a scheduled lesson (that has been unable to be rescheduled)

Stopping Lessons

• We would appreciate half a terms notice if your child wishes to cease lessons
